The following items will be heard at the September 14, 2016 meeting at 6:00 PM located at the BOCC Chambers 2100 E. Walt Williams Drive.

For Possible Action – PM-2016-000015: Discussion, deliberation and possible action on a request for a Merger and Re-subdivision Parcel Map application (pursuant to NRS 278.4925 merger and re-subdivision of land without reversion to gross, zoned Neighborhood Commercial (NC). Located at 3800 E. Winery Road. Property Owner/Applicant – Las Vegas RV Resorts-PH, LLC. Agent – Civilwise Services. AP#: 027-451-22. (This item is Final Action by the Pahrump Regional Planning Commission unless appealed to the Board of County Commissioners, or otherwise announced.) (CB)

For Possible Action – PM-2016-000018: Discussion, deliberation and possible action on a request for a Merger and Re-subdivision Parcel Map application (pursuant to NRS 278.4925 merger and re-subdivision of land without reversion to acreage), zoned Neighborhood Commercial (NC). Located at 6091 & 6121 E. Gills Way. Property Owner/Applicant – Mary K. Miller & Mary E. Kain. Agent – Nelson Surveying, LLC. AP# 045-121-38 and 045-121-39. (This item is Final Action by the Pahrump Regional Planning Commission unless appealed to the Board of County Commissioners, or otherwise announced.)

For Possible Action – TM-2016-000003: Discussion, deliberation and possible action on a request for a Tentative Commercial Subdivision application (pursuant to NRS 278.325 mapping for industrial or commercial development), on land zoned Neighborhood Commercial (NC). Located at 351 W. Basin Avenue, 201 W. Basin Avenue, and 150 S. Blagg Road. Property Owner/Applicant – Pahrump Lands, LLC. Agent – Civilwise Services, Inc. AP#’s 035-331-02, 035-331-68 and 035-331-70. (This item is Final Action by the Pahrump Regional Planning Commission unless appealed to the Board of County Commissioners, or otherwise announced.)

For Possible Action – Discussion, deliberation and possible direction to staff on a review of Mixed Use (MU) zoned parcels throughout the Pahrump Regional Planning District and prioritize areas for future rezoning in conformance with the 2014 Master Plan Update and/or review possible changes to NCC regarding Mixed Use, Mobile Home Park and Multi-Family zoning districts development standards and uses.

All interested parties may attend and speak concerning this matter. Written comments may be addressed to the Nye County Planning Department, 250 N. Highway 160, Suite 1, Pahrump, Nevada, 89060; or by e-mail to (please place the application number[s] indicated in this Notice in any correspondence). Written comments must be received by the Tuesday (1 week) before the meeting to be included in the Planning Department staff report supplied to the Planning Commission; however, any comments received after that day will still be provided to the Planning Commission as long as they are received by the Planning Department by 9 AM Tuesday prior to the meeting. Any written materials supplied after the 9 AM Tuesday deadline will be subject to approval at the meeting (20 copies of the materials must be provided by the individual)

The Pahrump Regional Planning Commission was created to carry out the provisions of NRS 278.10 through 278.630, inclusive, and to act on planning-related issues with the specific authority established by the Board of County Commissioners in Section 16.24.030.c.
