Traffic Court Information
Traffic court is held at 10:00 a.m. on the first and third Thursday of each month in the Justice Court courtroom.
Pay your traffic citation online by going to http://ncsepay.nvcourts.gov/eservicesncsltd
* Once you get to the payment screen, scroll to the bottom of the screen and enter in the challenge code, then select agree.
* Search your case by name, date of birth or citation #.
* Look for the credit card symbol (left side) and select it to make your payment.
By Phone - 8:00am to 4:30PM Monday - Friday
Customers may pay tickets with credit card by phone, with a 3% convenience fee, using one of the following:
- Debit card
Credit card payment will be accepted from the cardholder only.
Payments are also accepted in person at the Justice Court by one of the following:
- Money order
- Cashier's check
Please write the citation number on your money order or cashier's check.
If you mail your payment and want a receipt showing that the payment was processed, you must include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your payment. No personal checks accepted
When full payment of the bail or fine and fees is received by the Court, the citation is closed and the Conviction Notice for the original or amended violation is sent to the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles. To plead not guilty to a traffic citation, you need to send the bail amount along with a letter informing the court that you wish to plead not guilty. Once received, the Court will mail paperwork for you to sign and return and a pre-trial date will be set. The bail money will be held until after your trial and the Court's decision.
