Nye County Recorder’s Office is proud to announce our new free product Fraud Alert it is a simple way to help you prevent from being the victim of property fraud. Register your name and when a document is recorded with your name on it you will be notified via email. This gives you early warning of property fraud being committed in your name.
Recorder personnel are forbidden by Nevada Revised Statutes to practice law. This includes advising on:
- What forms are needed
- How to fill forms out
- Giving other legal information
